We’re looking for an experienced Senior Customer Care Coordinator to join our ANZ Customer Care team at LifeHealthcare. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to person on the floor supporting customers, assisting teammates, and helping drive consistency, quality and efficiency across day‑to‑day operations.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Care Team Leader and broader stakeholders, playing a key role in handling complex enquiries, supporting junior coordinators, and helping the team deliver a seamless, customer‑first experience.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and resolving customer enquiries, orders and issues with accuracy and professionalism
- Processing sales orders, consignment usage, credits, invoices and replenishments through ERP and CRM systems
- Acting as a point of escalation for Customer Care Coordinators
- Supporting Sales, Warehouse and Loan teams to meet customer delivery expectations
- Maintaining high data accuracy across customer, pricing and product records
- Monitoring and meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency
- Supporting training and onboarding of new and existing team members
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Customer Care / Customer Service coordination role
- Strong ERP and/or CRM experience
- Confident handling complex customer scenarios and escalations
- Highly organised, detail‑focused and calm under pressure
- A natural collaborator who enjoys supporting others
- Customer‑first mindset with a strong sense of accountability
