This role is Full Time, Temporary up to 6 months

What you’ll be doing

Owning end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across diverse portfolios (frontline to leadership)
Partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver fast, effective, and scalable hiring solutions
Driving proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pooling, market mapping, and community pipelines
Managing multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining exceptional candidate care
Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders through coaching on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practice
Building and nurturing ready-now talent pipelines for critical and repeat roles
Leveraging data and insights to optimise time-to-fill, quality of hire, and process efficiency
Contributing to employer branding, EVP, and diversity initiatives to strengthen attraction

What you’ll bring

Proven experience (3–5+ years) in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments (agency or in-house)
Background in disability, community services, healthcare, or similar high-demand sectors (highly regarded)
Demonstrated ability to manage large requisition volumes without compromising quality
Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive talent
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels
A commercial, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
Experience using ATS systems, recruitment tech, and data to drive outcomes
A genuine passion for people, purpose, and delivering meaningful hiring outcomes
