We're looking for a talented and driven Marketing & Content Creator to join our award-winning in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work across photography, videography, social media, design and digital marketing, helping to bring our people, properties and brand to life.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across residential sales, property management, commercial, holiday accommodation, recruitment, events and community initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and marketing campaigns that support the Heritage brand across all platforms.
From capturing a property one day to producing content at a community event the next, no two days are the same.
You'll contribute to every stage of the creative process, from planning and capturing content through to editing, publishing and analysing campaign performance.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography across residential, commercial and holiday accommodation properties.
- Produce engaging lifestyle content featuring our team, clients and community.
- Film and edit agent profile videos, property walkthroughs, community initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment to produce professional content.
- Maintain and organise digital media libraries.
- Conduct professional headshot sessions for staff across the Heritage team.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Produce platform-specific content including Reels, Stories, short-form video & long-form video.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities to grow engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that support the business and our agents.
- Assist with copywriting for social media, websites, blogs and email marketing.
- Design digital and print marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Assist with producing brochures, signboards, flyers, presentations, advertising campaigns and promotional material.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing assets.
- Support internal communications and company publications.
- Capture content at company events, charity initiatives and community campaigns.
- Assist with planning and promoting events across the Heritage Group.
- Produce highlight videos and photography for future marketing campaigns.
- Experience in photography and videography with a strong creative portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
- A current driver's licence.
- Experience within the real estate, property or marketing industry.
- Experience operating drones (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva, After Effects or motion graphics.
- Basic understanding of analytics and campaign reporting.
