As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on marketing role where you will work across a variety of client accounts to plan, create and deliver marketing activity.
You will be involved in social media management, content creation, graphic design, digital advertising, reporting and client communication, while working closely with the wider strategy and account management team.
This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing who enjoys being creative, staying organised and working across multiple brands. Something about it having the flexibility to grow and do more into areas you are most passionate in.

- Hours: Full time - Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop content ideas in line with client strategies.
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
- Design social media posts, stories and campaign assets.
- Film and edit iPhone reel content.
- Write captions that reflect each client’s brand.
- Manage account engagement, comments and messages.
Digital Advertising
- Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Support Google Ad campaigns (or be willing to learn).
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results.
Marketing & Creative Support
- Assist with the design, writing and distribution of email marketing campaigns (or be willing to learn).
- Create branded marketing assets using Canva (or Adobe), such as flyers, brochures and campaign collateral.
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Reporting & Client Communication
- Prepare and assist with monthly and/or campaign reports across your client portfolio.
- Communicate with clients regarding content approvals and campaign activity.
About You
Ideally, you'll have:
- 1+ years experience in marketing, social media or content creation.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Canva, Capcut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working across different client industries and brand styles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
