Are you an experienced bookkeeper who loves owning the numbers and getting stuck into the day-to-day of a busy small office? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Our energetic team in the natural health industry is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, proactive all-rounder to take the reins of our accounts, inventory and office administration. This is a hands-on, varied role with real ownership - perfect for someone who enjoys keeping a business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:
Maintain company accounts, including accounts receivable and payable

Manage invoicing, data entry and order processing
Complete bank reconciliations and BAS
Oversee inventory management and stock purchases
Generate reports and assist with budgets and forecasting
Look for ways to improve business operations and support business development
Pitch in with general office admin - mail, dispatch, Team support

About You:
Experienced in bookkeeping and account management, with a relevant accounting and/or bookkeeping qualification

Confident with BAS, reconciliations, forecasting, invoicing and inventory
Comfortable using MYOB & Excel
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
A clear communicator who works well in a small, collaborative team
Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do approach to change

You'll have a professional, confident manner and the commercial nous to apply your knowledge practically.
