What’s the role?
You’ll be part of our Financial Crime Surveillance team, working on major investigations that protect our customers and community from financial crime. This full-time permanent role is based in Parramatta with hybrid working options to give you flexibility.
Your focus will be on investigating complex financial crime matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations / outcomes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and external agencies, manage sensitive information, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our processes. If you love problem-solving and have an investigative mindset, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What do I need?
We’re looking for someone with similar experience who has a genuine passion for financial crime, is mature-minded and fast acting. You’ll have a curious mindset and the confidence to challenge when needed, always striving to uncover the truth and deliver the right outcomes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an investigative approach
- Ability to interpret legislation and apply policies and procedures
- Experience managing confidential information and producing clear reports
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships
