We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis, ICT project delivery, cybersecurity, audit support, and emerging AI technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements, improve processes, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to security and compliance activities.
This role requires a combination of business, technical, and governance skills to support multiple areas of the organisation and deliver effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology solutions.
- Prepare process maps, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support project planning, delivery, testing, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate ICT projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Conduct security access reviews and support identity and access management processes.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities.
- Support internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits and compliance assessments.
- Participate in risk assessments and security governance activities.
- Evaluate and recommend AI and automation opportunities to improve business operations.
- Work with technical teams to implement and support business systems and integrations.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting ICT projects and system implementations.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Experience supporting internal audits, compliance activities, and user access reviews.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and their practical application in business process improvement and automation.
- Current or completed postgraduate studies in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work across multiple business and technical disciplines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with Agile and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with automation and AI-driven business solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to machine learning techniques, predictive analytics, or AI research projects.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Cybersecurity, Network Security, Audit, or IT Service Management.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
