Team Leader – Entertainment Venue

Are you energetic, reliable, and ready to lead a fast-paced team? We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to help deliver an awesome guest experience across our bowling lanes, arcade, and bistro.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves hospitality, entertainment, and creating a fun atmosphere while leading by example.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll lead shifts, motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help keep the venue running smoothly during busy trade periods, parties, and events.

No two days are the same — from helping guests on the lanes, supporting arcade operations, serving in the bistro, and handling customer enquiries, you’ll be right in the action.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise staff during shifts
Deliver exceptional customer service
Open and close the venue when required
Assist with bowling, arcade, and bistro operations
Support training and development of team members
Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards are maintained
Assist with stock control and daily operational tasks
Help create a positive, fun, and energetic team culture

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership or supervisor experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or leisure
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and hands-on approach
Availability to work nights, weekends, and school holidays
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
