Fixed Term Contract until end of October 2026

What will you do?

Your role will be to empower our youth participants to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by:

Meeting specific targets/KPIs
Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and
Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity

Who are you?

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
