Your Role & Responsibilities

Working alongside an experienced team of Registered Nurses, you will deliver exceptional, efficient care in close collaboration with our GPs and administrative staff. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting patient triage and managing daily presentations.
Assisting GPs with acute emergency and injury management.
Overseeing the clinical treatment room and maintaining stock control.
Delivering Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans and comprehensive Health Assessments.
Administering vaccinations and assisting with iron infusions.

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:

Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous General Practice experience is essential.
A patient-focused approach backed by exceptional communication and customer service skills.
A collaborative "team player" mindset with a proven ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Strong digital literacy and confidence utilizing clinical/scheduling software.
A positive, resilient, and "can-do" attitude.

Highly Regarded:

Prior experience working within an accredited general practice.
Proficiency using Best Practice clinical software.
A current Nurse Immuniser certificate.
Strong hands-on experience in care planning and chronic disease management.
Experience conducting pre-employment medical screenings (including spirometry, audiometric testing, and drug & alcohol screening).
