Install Partners Australia is on the move, and we’re looking for a confident, energetic Junior Solar Sales Representative to join the team.

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants more than just a basic job. You’ll be out in the field, meeting people, starting conversations, creating opportunities and learning how to sell in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries.

No solar experience? Perfectly fine.

We’re looking for personality, confidence, energy and a bit of hunger. We can teach you solar. We can teach you the process. We can teach you how to book strong appointments.

What we can’t teach is attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

Door-to-door lead generation across Sydney suburbs
Starting conversations with homeowners about solar, batteries and energy savings
Creating interest and booking appointments for the sales team
Learning how to identify good opportunities
Collecting basic customer and property information
Representing IPA in a friendly, professional and confident way
Working with a team that wants to see you improve
Building your sales confidence, product knowledge and communication skills
Hitting targets, celebrating wins and growing your earning potential
