What you'll do
Provide ownership for the DHS ICT Change Management processes in line with ITIL best practice standards and delivered on schedule.
Provide effective change management, capacity planning, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, with the ITIL framework.
Develop and maintain the processes, procedures, and related systems, including stakeholder management and vendor engagement.
Lead changes required as per the roadmap, at the request of the Operations manager.
Ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management (SFIA: USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 4, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 3)
Demonstrated ability in the provision of high-level specialist advice on, and support for, clinical enterprise applications (SFIA: TECH Level 5)
High level leadership and design of large scale, complex/high risk projects (SFIA Code: PRMG 6)
High level project management skills, with the ability to achieve successful project outcomes (SFIA Code: PRMG 6 (NHS: Drive for Results)
High level knowledge and application of project management methodologies (Prince 2) (SFIA Code: METL 5)
Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment (SFIA: SLMO Level 4)
