Full Job Description

Not Your Typical Coach Role

We're not looking for someone who just turns up and runs a session. We're looking for someone who gives a damn about the members, about the standard, and about what we're building together at Peak Project CrossFit.

This is a role for a coach who believes fitness changes lives. Who can hold a room without ego. Who wants to grow inside a team that takes their craft seriously.

About the Role

Coach CrossFit sessions across our weekly schedule - group classes and specialty formats
Deliver high-energy, technique-focused sessions that leave members feeling challenged and supported
Build genuine relationships with members - know their names, their goals, their progress
Contribute to the culture of the gym, not just the program
Provide feedback on session delivery and member experience
Operate within our systems and schedule with professionalism and consistency

Coachable - open to feedback, always looking to improve
Competitive but not ego-driven - wants the team and members to win, not just the spotlight
Has operated in a structured environment before - knows how to show up prepared
