Not Your Typical Coach Role
We're not looking for someone who just turns up and runs a session. We're looking for someone who gives a damn about the members, about the standard, and about what we're building together at Peak Project CrossFit.
This is a role for a coach who believes fitness changes lives. Who can hold a room without ego. Who wants to grow inside a team that takes their craft seriously.
About the Role
- Coach CrossFit sessions across our weekly schedule - group classes and specialty formats
- Deliver high-energy, technique-focused sessions that leave members feeling challenged and supported
- Build genuine relationships with members - know their names, their goals, their progress
- Contribute to the culture of the gym, not just the program
- Provide feedback on session delivery and member experience
- Operate within our systems and schedule with professionalism and consistency
Who We're Looking For
- Believes in what we do - fitness as a vehicle for a better life
- Coachable - open to feedback, always looking to improve
- Competitive but not ego-driven - wants the team and members to win, not just the spotlight
- Has operated in a structured environment before - knows how to show up prepared
- A team player who wants the business to succeed, not just do their hours
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Our Culture
Peak Project CrossFit is built on the belief that the best hour of someone's day should happen here. We hold a high standard not because we're rigid, but because our members deserve it.
We're a close-knit team that communicates directly, supports each other, and genuinely cares about doing this well. We don't tolerate ego, but we do celebrate wins loud and often.
If you want to grow as a coach inside a gym that takes the craft seriously, this is the place.
How to Apply
Send a 60-second video to [email protected] answering this one question:
"What does a great session look like to you and how do you know when you've delivered one?"
No video, no consideration. We want to see how you communicate, not just what you write.
Pay: $24.00 – $33.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
