About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Administration & Service Officer (Senior CASO) to lead and support our high-performing customer service team for our Fertilisers business.
In this pivotal role, you will lead, coach and inspire Customer Administration & Service Officers, ensuring seamless end-to-end customer processes—from contract and order management through to despatch—while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
Plan, prioritise and delegate workloads to ensure smooth daily operations
Identify training needs and support continuous development
Coordinate daily activities including phone lines, inbox management and reconciliations
Monitor team performance, accuracy and output using reporting and systems data
Manage customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring accuracy across contracts, orders and invoicing
Oversee appointment scheduling, arrivals and despatch processes
About You
Proven experience in customer service, logistics and/or administration leadership
Strong coaching and team development capability
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and/or D365 desirable)
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
