About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Terminal Stock & Administration Officer to join our Tank Terminals team in Kwinana on a full-time basis.
This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy bulk liquid storage facility, ensuring accurate stock management and providing high-level administrative support to both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with operations personnel to investigate and resolve discrepancies
On an ongoing basis manage clients shipping nominations and schedules, preparing shipping folders and finalising figures with surveyors
Attend to general admin tasks and maintain general office housekeeping
On a weekly basis compile the Terminal Operator’s timesheets for Payroll to process
Assist contractors with site access, induction bookings and gantry access
