Sales Support & Office Coordinator (Construction Industry)

Location: Bayswater, WA

We are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying the commercial construction industry. As the business expands, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive person to support our sales team and help keep our office operating smoothly.

This is a key support role within the business.

The role combines sales coordination and CRM management with general office administration responsibilities.

About the role:

This role is approximately:

70–80% Sales Support / Coordination
20–30% General Office Administration

Sales Support responsibilities:

Identifying project opportunities from sources such as BCI and other industry platforms
Entering and managing leads within our CRM system
Tracking sales activity and preparing CRM reports
Supporting the sales team with targeted outreach and meeting coordination
Helping ensure opportunities are followed through properly

Office responsibilities:

Managing incoming calls and visitors
Coordinating meeting rooms and general office organisation
Managing office consumables, mail, and general office upkeep
Supporting a professional and organised office environment

What we’re looking for:

Highly organised and proactive
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with systems and CRM software
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Comfortable handling both important and routine tasks

This role is NOT for someone who:

Wants purely repetitive admin work
Avoids responsibility
Needs constant direction

This role IS for someone who:

Enjoys helping a business operate efficiently
Wants to be involved in sales growth and coordination
Notices problems and takes initiative
Takes pride in keeping systems and people organised
