We're Hiring: Receptionist/ Admin Support Officer
Location: St James, WA

Full-Time | Part-Time | Immediate Start
Industry: Migration & Education Services

Are you fluent in English and confident in handling high volumes of calls and emails professionally? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment?

Future Migrations is seeking a skilled and reliable Receptionist / Admin Support Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy and excellent customer service.
Provide administrative and operational support to migration agents and education counsellors.
Manage client appointments, records, documentation, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, application requirements, and progress updates.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with migration, privacy, and internal office procedures.
Support the delivery of a positive client experience from initial enquiry through to application completion.
Assist with general office administration and daily operational tasks.

✅ Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience in the migration, education, legal, or professional services sector.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise competing deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems
Ability to speak Punjabi and/or Hindi will be highly regarded.
