MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with management, sales, business development and creative teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, increase customer engagement and support revenue growth. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, market research, digital marketing expertise and data-driven decision-making, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and evolving consumer behaviour.

Develop, plan and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that support business objectives, brand growth, customer acquisition and overall revenue targets.
Conduct market and competitor research to understand customer needs, market conditions, industry developments and emerging opportunities within Australian and relevant international markets.
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across SEO, social media, online advertising, email marketing, content marketing and other relevant platforms to improve brand visibility, engagement and lead generation.
Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and campaign performance data to identify opportunities, measure marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements to existing strategies.
Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional and brand-building activities, working with designers, content teams, media agencies and other external providers to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, products and services, and contribute to strategies for market expansion, customer retention and business development.
Provide marketing recommendations relating to product and service positioning, pricing, promotional offers, distribution channels and target-market strategies based on research and commercial insights.
Work closely with sales, business development and management teams to align marketing activities with lead-generation, customer acquisition and business growth objectives.
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign timelines and performance indicators, prepare regular reports and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain and strengthen the organisation's brand identity and market presence, while keeping up to date with Australian consumer trends, competitor activity, digital marketing developments and emerging promotional opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, brand management or a related role.
Strong understanding of Australian consumer markets and digital marketing channels.
Experience with market research, campaign planning and performance analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, creative and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM systems and SEO tools will be advantageous.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
