The Role

As a Technician, you will be part of the team responsible for installing and ongoing care, upkeep, and operations of greenwalls, roofs and landscaping . Some of your daily tasks might include:

Working on installations of greenwalls and greenroofs
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining greenwalls, greenroofs, planters, irrigation lines, pumps, and plumbing systems
Performing general horticultural tasks: pruning, fertilising, weeding, planting / replacing plants
Checking and adjusting irrigation / fertigation schedules, ensuring correct watering delivery
Conducting preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and system failures
Identifying and addressing issues (leaks, pests, growth problems, structural issues)
Keeping maintenance records, logs, and reports

What We’re Looking For

Essential / desirable experience and attributes:

Background in landscaping, gardening or horticulture
Experience with irrigation systems is a plus but not required.
Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve on site
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and methodical work habits
Physical fitness and comfort with outdoor work, sometimes at heights on ladders, scaffolding or rooftops.
Reliable and punctual.
Drivers licence

Working Commitment

Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm on offer or part time also available.
Nursery base location is Ingleside where the days starts.
Service locations are all across Sydney.
Driving between client sites will be required as part of your role.
You’ll generally work outdoors so if you love the outdoors this is the right job for you.
You will be part of a collaborative and mission-driven team focused on sustainability
