Duraglaze is seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our full-time pool renovation team in Sydney.
This role is ideal for carpenters, landscapers, painters, concreters, and skilled construction professionals looking to transition into a role with structured progression and long-term earning growth.

Pay & Employment
- Open to discussion and depends on experience - range $85,000-$105,500
- Petrol allowance provided or access to company vehicle

As a Pool Renovation Technician, you will:
- Work on high-quality residential pool renovation projects
- Apply existing trade skills within a specialised system
- Execute preparation, waterproofing, and resurfacing processes
- Lead sections of work depending on experience
- Maintain high workmanship, safety, and site standards
