Are you a passionate outdoors enthusiast with a love for camping, 4WD, fishing, or caravanning? Outback Equipment, located in Acacia Ridge, is the go-to online retailer for outdoor gear, and we want someone like you to join our dynamic team. We're experts in all things 4WD, camping, boating, caravanning, and electrical accessories, catering to adventure enthusiasts nationwide. We're currently on the hunt for a customer service champion who not only possess the right skills but also shares our passion for helping customers. As a member of our team, you'll handle sales and service inquiries across various channels, including helping customers in our retail showroom. This position is in office only and there are no work from home options.

Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, but you must love taking calls and making calls. Call centre experience would be highly valued. If you have expertise in any of our categories that would also be highly valued. You'll collaborate closely with the entire Outback Equipment team, to deliver exceptional outcomes and provide timely updates to our valued customers.

Joining us means immersing yourself in our extensive product range, becoming deeply knowledgeable about our gear, and sharing that expertise with our customers. By showcasing your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, you'll provide unparalleled assistance to customers, demonstrating an understanding of their needs, resolving any issues, and making informed decisions.

To excel in this role, you'll need outstanding time management and task prioritisation skills, along with a genuine eagerness to learn our systems and products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emails, and strong computer skills are essential for success in this role. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative attitude are qualities we value highly.

We're seeking a reliable team member available for shifts across Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday. If you're ready to make a difference, thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and leave a lasting impression on our customers, then we want to hear from you.
