Accounts & Administration Officer

Dynamis Material Handling & Construction

Dynamis is looking for a reliable and organised Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping while supporting the general administration of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Following up outstanding customer accounts
Payroll processing, superannuation and leave administration
General bookkeeping
Maintaining accurate records in Xero
Preparing basic financial and management reports
Managing emails, phone enquiries and general office administration
Maintaining customer, supplier and equipment records
Assisting with sales, hire and equipment-related documentation
General administrative support to management

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping or administration
Experience using Xero
Understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations and payroll
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable, proactive and willing to help across the business

Experience in material handling, equipment hire, construction or a similar industry is an advantage but not essential.
