Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our acute medical ward with strong focus on palliative care on a permanent, part-time basis.
About the Role
As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a dedicated and compassionate nurse with excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
You will also bring:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A sound understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant registration requirements.
