We’re on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Hotel Canobolas in the heart of Orange. Whether you’re a strong Demi Chef ready to step up or an experienced CDP looking for a fresh, supportive environment - we’d love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, community-loved venue where quality food, teamwork, and great culture matter.

About the role

Run your section during prep and service
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
Maintain clean, organised workstations
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team

What we’re looking for

Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Valid Australian working rights required
