Storeperson
Casual position (Mon-Fri, between hours of 8AM-7PM)

How you will make an impact

As a Storeperson in Cabrini’s Supply department you will be responsible for a range of general warehouse duties including managing logistics supplies, processing orders and stock control to ensure availability and smooth operations across the hospital. This is a great role to develop your skills and expand your career. Shifts are from Mon-Fri between hours of 8AM-7PM.

Key responsibilities include:

Receiving and delivering of goods to all hospital locations
Scanning and generating Imprest orders and processing invoices -
Removal/disposal of expired stock
Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
Providing timely, high quality service to all staff across the hospital
Monitor orders in the purchasing system, following up with suppliers as required
Assisting with EOFY stocktakes and rolling stocktakes

What we're looking for:

Experience within a similar role in a healthcare environment or warehouse / providing assistance with stock management (preferred)
Ability to follow spoken and written instructions
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills with professional, customer focussed approach
Sound computer, technology and administration skills
Reliability with a willingness to learn and be accountable and accept responsibility
Ability to work unsupervised and to tight time schedules while maintaining composure
Motivated, team focussed with demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail
