We're looking for a driven HR Advisor in Adelaide (SA) who genuinely believes in fostering an engaged, inclusive, and exceptional employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, part-time role (25-30 hours per week, negotiable) where you'll report to the HR Manager (Divisional) and act as a pivotal operational and strategic partner to line managers.
A day in this role isn't just paperwork; it’s about making an impact:
- Strategic Partnership: Coach and build management capability, providing expert advice on talent acquisition, retention, performance, and career pathways.
- Operational Excellence: Provide practical, commercial advice across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with WISE's vision and strategy.
- Risk Mitigation: Confidently manage Employee and Industrial Relations concerns, applying sound knowledge of Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act.
- Continuous Improvement: Be proactive! You'll use your technical savvy and creative thinking to improve systems, processes, and procedures that enhance the employee experience.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain corporate compliance, manage the HRIS platform, and analyse key metrics to provide insights that inform business decisions.
What You'll Bring to WISE
We're looking for an Advisor with 3+ years' experience in an HR role and a strong blend of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience & Education:
- 3+ years of direct experience in a similar HR role.
- Tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field.
- People & Process Skills:
- A genuine passion for people and a commitment to a strong employee experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail .
- Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence to effectively partner with and guide all employees.
- Technical & Legal Knowledge:
- Proven practical knowledge and interpretation of Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act .
- Sound experience managing Employee or Industrial Relations .
Technically savvy with HRIS/systems, with an ability to continually improve existing tools.

- Full Australian Working Rights .
