Full Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Admin/Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of a residential building in the Eastern Suburbs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating with venue management, monitoring facilities, and ensuring a high level of service for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and external vendors.
Liaise with venue management to ensure smooth building operations.
Conduct routine testing of pools and other amenities and ensure they meet safety and hygiene standards.
Follow up on resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and manage waste disposal, including checking and changing bins as required.
Perform patrols of the premises to maintain security and safety.
Handle, manage, and distribute parcels for residents efficiently.
Maintain records of complaints, parcel deliveries, and facility checks.
Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and scheduling maintenance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and safety protocols.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability for shifts that may include weekends or after-hours duties.
Strongly Preferred bilingual candidates who speak both Chinese and English.
Physically capable, as duties do include moving large waste bins.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $39.00 per hour
