Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie!

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and motivated chef to join our team, working across our two venues in Watson and Florey.

The role would suit either a Commis Chef looking to build their skills or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step into a varied role. You’ll need to be comfortable assisting at both venues when required and enjoy working as part of a busy, supportive team.

Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard
Assisting with daily prep and smooth kitchen service
Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
Monitoring food quality, freshness and stock levels
Rotating stock correctly and following FIFO procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
Minimising waste and using ingredients efficiently
Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
Assisting with bakery production when required

Bakery experience would be a huge bonus, but it isn’t essential for the right person.
