We are seeking motivated and dedicated professionals to join our TAS factual investigations team as we continue to expand! We are seeking contracting factual investigators ideally experienced in CTP and or Workers Compensation claims to come on board.

Never the same day twice! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day! You will be required to attend various locations, predominantly within the Hobart area with a proportion of work across Tasmania as required.

You will interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner, maintaining effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team. Based at Head Office, our investigations support team will be on hand to provide thorough training in our case management system and ongoing assistance in the field.

About you:

Have a current and valid TAS Investigators Licence;
Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
Ideally have experience in CTP claims and/or Workers Compensation claims;
Have excellent written and verbal skills;
Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
Set up as a contracting entity and have relevant insurances.
