The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Rathgar Lodge in Ulmarra.

Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, this is a great opportunity to work within a close-knit team where your contribution truly makes a difference.

In this role, you will:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care
Support residents to live meaningful, independent lives
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to care staff
Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment
Work closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team on clinical priorities and projects

About You

You are passionate about care and committed to making a positive impact every day.

You’ll bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
At least 12 months’ post-registration experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and make sound clinical decisions
A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork

Desirable:

Experience in residential aged care
Familiarity with systems such as LeeCare or Medsig
Current First Aid & CPR certification
