Join a vibrant and growing multidisciplinary team of 17, including 7 Occupational Therapists. Led by a dedicated Team Lead, the team brings together a great mix of early-career and highly experienced clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take the next step in their career, developing and refining their supervision and mentoring skills while shaping the growth of other clinicians. You will have the chance to share your expertise, support emerging therapists and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team, all while continuing to advance your own leadership capability.

Day-to-day you will:

Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

Qualifications

General AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
The role is ideal for OTs with 4+ years of post-grad experience
