Join our Perioperative Services team as a Logistics Data Clerk and help support the vital operational functions that enable safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.
About the Opportunity
As our Logistics Data Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the Logistics, Purchasing and Nursing teams through high-level administrative, data management and customer service functions. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient delivery of perioperative services and help ensure critical resources are available when needed.
Ideally, the successful candidate will work Monday to Wednesday, however we offer flexibility across the week to accommodate the right person (excluding Thursdays). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, inventory systems, customer service and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics, Purchasing and Nursing teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain inventory management systems, records, reports and departmental documentation.
- Deliver professional customer service and manage communications with a range of stakeholders.
- Support operational activities including meeting coordination, billing processes, staff training and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Experience in administration, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Confidence using computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
