Join CBRE's high-performing Perth Office Leasing team as a Marketing & Administration Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting Directors, Analysts and the wider team.
This is a varied position combining administration, team coordination and marketing support. You'll help keep the team operating efficiently while assisting with property marketing campaigns, client events, database management and day-to-day business operations.
The Opportunity

Provide administrative and team support to a busy Office Leasing team
Coordinate meetings, travel, events and day-to-day team activities
Assist with the delivery of property marketing campaigns and collateral
Maintain databases, documentation and client information
Support marketing campaign financial administration and reporting
Contribute to the smooth running of the wider team through general administrative support
About You

Previous experience in administration, team support, marketing coordination or a similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to get involved across a variety of tasks
Property industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
