We’re looking for a passionate Chef to join our team!

Elmas on Clyde is a busy and welcoming café in Hamilton North, specialising in fresh, quality breakfast and café-style food.

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Full-Time Chef who takes pride in their cooking and enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking breakfast and café-style dishes
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Food preparation and kitchen organisation
Assisting with menu ideas and development
Stock control and ordering
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Working efficiently during busy service
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

About You

Ideally, you will have 1–2 years of chef or café kitchen experience, preferably in a breakfast environment.

You should be:

Passionate about food and cooking
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work well under pressure
A good team player with a positive attitude
Well organised and able to maintain high standards
Experienced with food safety and kitchen hygiene
Available to work weekends as required

What We Offer

$32–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Hamilton North, NSW

Full-time position

Immediate start available

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
Saturday–Sunday: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
Weekend availability is required
