We’re looking for a passionate Chef to join our team!
Elmas on Clyde is a busy and welcoming café in Hamilton North, specialising in fresh, quality breakfast and café-style food.
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Full-Time Chef who takes pride in their cooking and enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and café-style dishes
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Food preparation and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with menu ideas and development
- Stock control and ordering
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Working efficiently during busy service
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
About You
Ideally, you will have 1–2 years of chef or café kitchen experience, preferably in a breakfast environment.
You should be:
- Passionate about food and cooking
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work well under pressure
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Well organised and able to maintain high standards
- Experienced with food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Available to work weekends as required
What We Offer
$32–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Hamilton North, NSW
Full-time position
Immediate start available
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
- Saturday–Sunday: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
- Weekend availability is required
