Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable female support worker to provide support to one of our participants in the 24/7 SIL house. Experience working with participants who have mental health conditions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily routines and promote independence and confidence
Building trusting relationships through active listening and empathy
Maintain accurate and confidential participant records
Helping with domestic duties like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and the care team

Qualifications:

Cert III/IV in Disability or equivalent.
NDIS Screening Check
NDIS Induction Module
NDIS Orientation Module
Previous experience in a support worker role or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.
Ability to adapt to various participant needs and preferences.
