About the Venue:
Located at Caves Beach on the NSW Central Coast, Caves Coastal Bar & Bungalows is a popular coastal destination offering relaxed dining, drinks, accommodation and events just moments from the beach. The venue hosts a range of weddings, corporate functions, celebrations and private events throughout the year, with a strong focus on quality food, great service and memorable guest experiences.

About the Role:
We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at Caves Coastal Bar & Bungalows on a Casual basis. Working across our floor and bar operations, you’ll play an important role in delivering friendly, efficient and professional service to our guests. You’ll be involved in a variety of day-to-day hospitality duties, from taking orders and serving food and beverages through to bar service, resetting tables and maintaining a high standard of presentation across the venue.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the energy of hospitality, loves working with people and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional food and beverage service to guests
Take food and beverage orders and operate POS systems accurately
Assist with bar service, including service and maintaining a clean bar area
Clear and reset tables/bar and maintain the presentation of dining and service areas
Assist with venue setup, pack-down and general service requirements
Respond to guest requests and provide attentive customer service
Work closely with the kitchen and wider F&B team to ensure smooth service
Follow RSA and food safety regulations
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Well-presented, reliable and professional
A positive, team-focused attitude
Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays
Valid NSW RSA (Essential)
Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship not available)
