About the Role:
We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Conference & Events team on a Casual basis.
You’ll be part of delivering weddings, functions and events from setup through to pack-down, providing professional and friendly service throughout. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, knows the importance of great service and takes pride in getting the details right.
Availability across evenings, weekends and event periods is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and pack down function and event spaces
- Provide professional food and beverage service throughout events
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of function spaces
- Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow event run sheets, floor plans and service requirements
- Respond to guest requests and provide attentive service
- Maintain RSA and food safety standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
About You:
- Previous food and beverage experience, ideally within events, functions, hotels or hospitality
- A genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented, reliable and professional
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA is essential
- Comfortable with a 3 plate carry
