About the business

Ten Minutes by Tractor is an award-winning winery nestled in the beautiful hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula. Alongside our two-hatted fine dining restaurant, our cellar door dining experience reflects TMBT's philosophy of showcasing exceptional local produce and the very best the Peninsula has to offer, in a relaxed, welcoming setting designed around great wine.

About the role

We're looking for a Cook to join our cellar door dining team, delivering a light, seasonal menu designed around smaller dishes and sharing plates - the perfect accompaniment to our wines.

This is a part time or casual position, offering a Saturday shift every week, as well as the occasional Sunday shift. The role may grow into additional shifts over the summer season, making it a great fit for student chef, someone currently studying hospitality, or anyone with Mon–Fri commitments looking for a rewarding weekend role in a stunning environment.

Skills and experience

Solid food preparation and cooking skills - cooking qualifications or equivalent experience welcome
Comfortable working in a small, focused kitchen environment
Passion for produce, flavour, and delivering a great guest experience
Ability to work autonomously, maintaining efficiency and standards with minimal supervision
Punctual, well-presented and a genuine team player
Available Saturdays (required)
Current work rights in Australia
Own transport required
