Full Job Description

ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing property maintenance and construction company servicing residential and commercial properties throughout Canberra and surrounding NSW areas.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking handyman/carpenter to join our team ASAP.

If you’re a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in your work, enjoys variety and is looking for consistent, long-term work with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE

You’ll be working across Canberra and surrounding areas, carrying out a variety of maintenance and carpentry jobs, including:

General property repairs and maintenance
Doors, frames, skirting, locks and timber repairs
Carpentry and general handyman work
Patching, painting, sealing and caulking
Minor kitchen and bathroom maintenance
Diagnosing problems and finding practical solutions
Residential and commercial maintenance
Completing jobs safely, professionally and to a high standard

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in handyman work, carpentry or property maintenance
Has strong all-round maintenance skills
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work independently and unsupervised
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Has a professional attitude and good communication skills
Has their own tools and reliable vehicle initially
Holds a White Card and current driver's licence (preferred)
