HARPAH is a growing women’s activewear and lifestyle brand built around confidence, movement, elevated everyday style, and premium quality without compromise.
We are looking for a creative, organised, and highly motivated Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, knows how to create strong visual content, can confidently edit videos, and is passionate about building a brand through content, community, and creator relationships.
This is a hands-on creative role. You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across HARPAH’s social media platforms, while also helping us build strong influencer and brand ambassador relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
You will create engaging, high-quality content that reflects HARPAH’s brand identity and speaks directly to our target audience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating daily and weekly content ideas
- Filming short-form video content for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social ads
- Editing videos using professional or mobile editing software
- Creating lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, campaign, and trend-based content
- Producing content for new product launches, promotions, collections, and brand campaigns
- Creating content that feels premium, confident, stylish, and commercially effective
- Working with models, creators, staff, and customers where required for content shoots
- Helping maintain HARPAH’s visual consistency across all platforms
Social Media Management
You will help manage HARPAH’s social media presence across all major platforms, including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- Pinterest
- YouTube
- X / Twitter
- LinkedIn
- Threads
- Other relevant platforms as the brand grows
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and scheduling social media posts
- Writing captions and basic campaign copy
- Posting reels, stories, carousels, videos, pins, shorts, and updates
- Monitoring comments, messages, engagement, and community activity
- Keeping up with relevant trends and adapting them to the HARPAH brand
- Helping grow HARPAH’s online community
- Reporting on content performance and suggesting improvements
Influencer Marketing
You will help HARPAH grow through influencer and creator partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying suitable influencers, creators, and micro-influencers
- Reaching out to potential collaborators
- Managing influencer communication and follow-ups
- Organising gifting, product seeding, and collaboration opportunities
- Tracking influencer posts, deliverables, and campaign results
- Building long-term relationships with creators who align with HARPAH’s brand values
- Helping coordinate influencer content for product launches and campaigns
Brand Ambassador Program
You will help develop and manage HARPAH’s brand ambassador network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Finding suitable brand ambassadors
- Communicating with ambassadors regularly
- Helping onboard new ambassadors
- Coordinating ambassador content and posting requirements
- Tracking ambassador activity and performance
- Creating simple briefs for ambassadors and content creators
- Supporting the growth of a strong HARPAH community
Requirements
The successful applicant must have:
- Experience creating content for social media
- Strong video editing skills
- Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Confidence filming reels, TikToks, product videos, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes content
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and other platforms
- Strong creative eye for fashion, activewear, lifestyle, and branding
- Good written English and caption-writing ability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to plan content ahead while also reacting quickly to trends
- Strong organisation skills
- Interest in fashion, activewear, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s brands
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with fashion, activewear, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Influencer marketing experience
- Experience managing brand ambassador programs
- Photography or videography experience
- Shopify experience
- Meta Business Suite experience
- TikTok Shop experience
- Klaviyo or Mailchimp experience
- Basic understanding of paid social ads and content performance
- Confidence appearing in content if required
