Occupational Therapist | Generalist Role | Bundaberg Central, QLD

Not every OT role needs to fit into a narrow box.

This opportunity is designed for a clinician who enjoys variety — someone who likes moving between different types of clients, settings, and presentations, without feeling stretched too thin or unsupported.

We’re partnering with a well-established allied health provider with a strong presence across regional Queensland. The team is known for being grounded, collaborative, and genuinely focused on quality clinical work — without unnecessary pressure or overcomplicated systems.

The role

True generalist position across adults and paediatrics
Mix of clinic-based and community work
Exposure to a broad range of presentations (NDIS, rehab, functional work)
Flexibility to gradually shape your caseload toward your strengths
