Full Job Description

Do you have a passion for sports and want to work within a positive environment?

Our Area Managers role provides ambitious, self-motivated individuals with an opportunity to develop within a fast moving industry.

The Area Managers role is suitable for organised, highly professional individuals who have the ability to gain a full understanding of our companies philosophies and put it into practise within your region.

The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including:

Staff recruitment & Training
Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 3 - 12 years old
Customer service
B2B sales within select region
Marketing
Managing a team of sports coaches
Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPI’s and Targets are met

The salary is made up of a combination of a base salary plus an attractive commission structure.

Please note the role involves admin based work from home, on the road organisation and an expectation to lead coaching sessions at schools 5 afternoons a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
