Full Job Description

About the Role

You'll be involved in all aspects of daily café operations, including:

Preparing quality coffee and beverages
Serving customers with warmth and professionalism
Taking orders and processing payments
Preparing sandwiches and light food items
Opening and closing the café
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Many shifts are operated independently, so confidence, initiative and reliability are essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least 2 years' experience in a café, coffee shop or hospitality environment
Strong barista skills, including consistently good coffee and properly textured milk
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with regular customers
A reliable and professional approach to work
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your shift
A positive, team-focused attitude
