About the Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of daily café operations, including:
- Preparing quality coffee and beverages
- Serving customers with warmth and professionalism
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Preparing sandwiches and light food items
- Opening and closing the café
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Many shifts are operated independently, so confidence, initiative and reliability are essential.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a café, coffee shop or hospitality environment
- Strong barista skills, including consistently good coffee and properly textured milk
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with regular customers
- A reliable and professional approach to work
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your shift
- A positive, team-focused attitude
