一、职位概述About the Role

我们正在招聘一名经验丰富、组织能力强、专业素养高的总经理行政助理，为总经理提供全面的行政、商务及日常工作支持。

该职位属于高度信任岗位，需要候选人具备出色的沟通能力、组织协调能力、时间管理能力和高度的保密意识，并能够在快节奏的商业环境中独立、高效地处理多项工作。

理想候选人应具备流利的普通话及良好的英语沟通能力，能够与客户、合作伙伴、公司管理层及内部团队进行专业沟通。

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to the General Manager to provide comprehensive administrative, business and executive support.

This is a trusted position requiring excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate will have fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, business partners, senior management and internal teams.

二、主要职责Key Responsibilities行政及日程管理Executive Administration & Diary Management

管理总经理日常日程、预约、会议及重要事项提醒；
协调会议、商务预约、客户接待及专业活动；
准备、整理和归档文件、报告、演示文稿及商务信函；
管理电子邮件、电话及日常行政事务；
协助总经理合理安排工作优先级及时间。
Manage the General Manager's daily diary, appointments, meetings and reminders;
Coordinate meetings, business appointments, client visits and professional events;
Prepare, organise and maintain documents, reports, presentations and business correspondence;
Manage emails, telephone communications and day-to-day administrative matters;
Assist the General Manager with prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.

商务协调Business Coordination

协助总经理与客户、业务伙伴及内部团队进行沟通协调；
跟进总经理安排的工作、项目及重要事项；
定期整理工作进度并及时向总经理汇报；
协助商务活动、客户接待及公司活动的组织和协调；
必要时协助中英文之间的信息沟通及翻译。
Assist the General Manager in communicating and coordinating with clients, business partners and internal teams;
Follow up on tasks, projects and important matters assigned by the General Manager;
Provide timely updates and reports on work progress;
Assist with the organisation and coordination of business events, client meetings and corporate activities;
Assist with Mandarin-English communication and translation where required.

出差及行程安排Travel & Schedule Coordination

协调国内及国际商务出行安排；
负责机票、酒店、交通及相关行程的预订与协调；
根据工作安排协助处理临时行程调整；
协助准备商务出行所需文件及资料。
Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements;
Arrange flights, accommodation, transportation and travel itineraries;
Assist with urgent or last-minute travel changes when required;
Prepare relevant documents and information for business travel.

信息及保密管理Confidentiality & Information Management

妥善管理公司及总经理相关文件和信息；
对商业机密、客户信息及内部工作内容严格保密；
建立并维护准确的文件及工作记录；
以高度的职业操守和谨慎态度处理敏感信息。
Maintain company and executive documents and information appropriately;
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business information, client information and internal matters;
Maintain accurate records and filing systems;
Handle sensitive information with a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.

三、任职要求About You

我们希望候选人具备以下条件：

至少 2年以上行政助理、Executive Assistant、Personal Assistant、商务管理、办公室管理或相关岗位经验；
普通话流利，具备良好的中文口头及书面表达能力；
具备良好的英语沟通能力；
具有优秀的组织、协调及时间管理能力；
能够同时处理多项任务，并合理安排工作优先级；
注重细节，工作认真、可靠、有责任心；
熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook 及其他常用办公软件；
具有良好的沟通、人际交往及商务协调能力；
具有高度诚信、保密意识及职业操守；
能够独立工作，并主动发现和解决问题；
有与高层管理人员、客户或业务伙伴合作的经验；
具有澳大利亚工作经验或熟悉澳大利亚商业环境者优先。

Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will ideally have:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Personal Assistance, Business Administration, Office Management or a similar role;
Fluent Mandarin, with strong written and verbal Chinese communication skills;
Strong English communication skills;
Excellent organisational, coordination and time-management skills;
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
Strong attention to detail, reliability and a high level of responsibility;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and standard office applications;
Strong interpersonal, communication and business coordination skills;
A high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality;
The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative;
Experience working with senior executives, clients or business partners;
Previous Australian work experience or knowledge of the Australian business environment will be highly regarded.
