Full Job Description

Pro Health Care is a locally owned, practitioner-led network with 15 clinics across the state and growing. We provide quality, holistic healthcare that is patient-centred, compassionate, accountable and inclusive.

We are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse to join our Hope Valley team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care and support to patients and practitioners.
Administer immunisations, medications and treatments as directed.
Complete health assessments and contribute to care planning.
Work closely with GPs and the broader multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate clinical notes, records and documentation.
Provide patient education on health management and care plans.
Support clinic operations (recalls, stock ordering and general housekeeping as required).

About you:

Registered Nurse qualification (required).
Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
General Practice Nursing experience (preferred).
Current First Aid and CPR certificate (essential).
Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available).
Experience with Best Practice software (or willingness to learn).
Completion of the Accredited immunisation course (preferred).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
