We are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse to join our Hope Valley team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and support to patients and practitioners.
- Administer immunisations, medications and treatments as directed.
- Complete health assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Work closely with GPs and the broader multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes, records and documentation.
- Provide patient education on health management and care plans.
- Support clinic operations (recalls, stock ordering and general housekeeping as required).
About you:
- Registered Nurse qualification (required).
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- General Practice Nursing experience (preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (essential).
- Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available).
- Experience with Best Practice software (or willingness to learn).
- Completion of the Accredited immunisation course (preferred).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
