Full Job Description

Imperial Hotel Gold Coast (formerly Palazzo Versace) offers the ultimate luxury hotel experience. The hotel boasts a stunning waterfront location, breath-taking architecture, lavish accommodation and Italian craftsmanship across the hotel. Indulge in award-winning restaurants, memorable meeting and event spaces, wellness centre, Water Salon and our own private marina.

We are looking for a number of exceptional individuals to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping All Rounder.

About the role

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our rooms and public areas are consistently of an exceptional standard. You will be rostered across all areas of the Housekeeping department, including Rooms, Public Areas, Houseperson and Laundry. You may be rostered to either AM or PM shifts.

About you

Previous housekeeping experience within a similar 5-star environment is preferred
Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry
Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Displays safe work practices with regards to chemical handling & manual handling
